Help send me Over The Edge of a 16 story building!
OKC Over the Edge Event 2017!

  • End Poverty Housing - The need to end poverty housing in Oklahoma City is a city wide challenge. Limited-income families do not always have decent housing to choose from so they settle to live in the substandard housing available. Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity (COHFH) is now challenging you to face your fears, take a deep breath, step over the edge and rappel down 16 stories at the Leadership Square building in downtown OKC.  The first 78 individuals to raise a minimum of $2,000 will earn a spot to go Over The Edge for COHFH on October 7, 2017!  I'm going over and need your help meeting my goal of at least $2,000!
  • Meet the Families -
Nate and Danielle R. and their two children are eagerly waiting to begin building their new home along side COHFH volunteers. They both work at a local church but need a hand-up to be able to purchase a home of their own and to escape the high rent they have been paying for years.  “Our desire for a Habitat home is to achieve home ownership without getting into more debt."

Kayla G. is a single mother of a young daughter.  Kayla said, "it will be excellent to put my money towards a house where my daughter can play in our own backyard instead of towards an apartment.”

  • Thank You! - Thank you for sharing your time, treasures and talents with COHFH and for helping local families in need of decent and affordable shelter by pledging a donation for the Over The Edge participant.  Whether you are jumping over the edge, volunteering or just helping raise funds, COHFH appreciates your efforts. Without the help from individuals, churches, organizations and companies, COHFH would not have been able to help the over 875 families who today have a safe home that will change the direction of their lives for generations to come.

Thank you again for your support!
    Sincerely,

    Central Oklahoma Habitat for Humanity
